POLICY

• Deposit of $50 is required for all services. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

• Please advise prior to 48 hours of your appointment if needing to cancel or reschedule - Changes made after this time will result in a deposit forfeit and a new deposit will be charged.

• Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes late unless notified.

• No extra guests (disability and aged care workers excluded)

• No working over sets from other salons - these will require a soak off removal.
